Ever since Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has declared 21 days lockdown, people are unable to understand how to deal with this house arrest. Nevertheless, we still have many Bollywood celebs entertaining us with their funny antics but at one point, boredom does strike again. With a lockdown imposed on us, here’s what the Bigg Boss 13 contestants Sidharth Shukla, Rashami Desai, Paras Chhabra, Vishal Aditya Singh, Arti Singh, Shefali Jariwala have to say about this.

While talking to TOI, these contestants gave tips on how to deal with Coronvirus lockdown. Guess, it might help you to kill your boredom.

Sidharth Shukla
The Dil Se Dil Tak actor says that in the Bigg Boss house, the only thing that kept them going was the entertainment value that they used to get from each other. He says that in the COVID-19 situation, the scenario is different and it can be fun. Plus, he is happy with the fact that he is not being screened now and it shares it is easy for him to stay sane at home. He also mentioned that this is the time to be soldiers for mankind and not let the virus spread.

Rashami Desai:
The Naagin 4 actress says that this lockdown is the right opportunity to work on oneself. As one doesn’t get time to spend with themselves as we are always busy, so she asks her fans to use these days to pamper themselves. One can also utilise this time by catching up on reading, practice yoga and meditation, she asserts. Rashami thinks that spending quality time with family is something we have been missing out and in this phase, we can all focus on the positive aspects.

Vishal Aditya Singh:
Talking about the Nach Baliye 9 contestant, he simply asked his fans to pursue hobbies and interests which we couldn’t do it earlier, owing to lack of time. In Vishal’s case, he revealed to the portal that he is currently taking online tutorials on how to play the guitar, reading poetries and watching documentaries. He also mentioned how we need to look around as there are a lot of things to keep ourselves occupied. Are you making a note of it?

Arti Singh:
The actress said she is using this time to learn something new, and indulging in her hobbies and interests. As an example, she revealed that she tries a new recipe every day as she loves cooking, well, we have been seeing that on her Instagram stories. According to her, the key to kill boredom is to keep ourselves occupied.

Shefali Jariwala:
The Kaanta Laga actress gives us a very cute tip on how to kill boredom. She revealed that she and her husband Parag Tyagi follow a daily schedule rather than giving in to boredom and laziness. She thinks that patience is the most important thing right now which is very similar to her stay in the Bigg Boss house. Shefali says she and her husband exercise regularly, meditate, pursue hobbies and keep away from unnecessary updates on social media. Ah, we are so following this, don’t we?

Paras Chhabra:
Baarish actor feels that Bigg Boss house was a training ground for the current situation. He recalled that during his stay, he used to wake up to music and then he would start dancing. Chhabra feels that dancing and exercising can make us feel good. Secondly, in the Bigg Boss house, Paras told that he learnt how to cook, clean and sweep the floor, so with this quarantine, he does all that household chores that he used to do in the BB13 house. That’s not it, he even compared that the two situations — staying at home due to the lockdown and staying inside the Bigg Boss house — are similar but not entirely. He also gave one tip to everyone that is to occupy ourselves with productive work as this lockdown has given us an opportunity to spend time with our family and meditate. People should use this opportunity to the fullest and stay indoors.
